How can humane and fair working conditions be created here and worldwide? Can working from home and new technologies help? How can we create gender equality? In addition to 12 posters, there is a basic poster with a free text field that you can use for announcements of events on the topic. Hang up the posters individually and/or in small exhibitions, e.g. in the parish hall, in the library, in the church, but also in the adult education centre or family education centre. The teaching material "Energy for Change" is a companion to the film of the same name, which can be viewed on YouTube and elsewhere and, with a length of 35 minutes, is well suited for use in the classroom. Six protagonists from different parts of the world show how they are using ideas and creativity to improve their access to energy and make it more sustainable. The film shows examples from Belgium, Brazil, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Portugal and Switzerland.
It takes up these examples and deals with the topics of "Sustainable energy use", "Communicating the global energy transition", "Sustainable energy generation through hydropower", "Clean and affordable energy for all" and "Self-determined access to energy" in six modules that are relevant to pupils. The modules can be worked on independently or in groups. The material is intended to help pupils understand energy as a complex of topics that affects various areas of life in a very practical way. In addition, the aim is to develop solutions orientated towards the living environment as to how sustainable energy use can be organised.

The real costs of our food are not yet included in the price. In reality, the production costs of our food are significantly higher because the effects and costs on the environment and health have not been factored in. But farmers' efforts to preserve the environment are also missing.

A new accounting standard - the True Cost Analysis (TCA) - is intended to remedy this and contribute to an accounting of the real costs in order to develop a controlling function in production and consumption.
