An internship at Misereor means getting to know the work of an internationally active NGO and gaining practical experience in a meaningful environment.

Internships are possible in the following areas, among others:

• International cooperation (content and financial project support)
• educational work
• Lobby and advocacy work
• fundraising
• Marketing and communication
• Organisation & central services (e.g. human resources, finance and accounting, process management, IT)

Most internships take place at our head office in Aachen. However, there are also regular internships at our offices in Berlin or Munich.

During your internship, you will gain an insight into daily tasks and processes and actively participate in various phases of projects. Depending on the area of work, your internship may also include in-depth work on a previously agreed topic.

Your application documents consist of

• a letter of motivation,
• CV and relevant certificates,
• your preferred period and the desired duration of the internship,
• Details of your foreign language skills
