Important events in life - a birthday, an anniversary, a wedding or even a sporting challenge - can also be opportunities to think of people who are most in need.

Choose a specific Misereor donation project for your event, which you will support together with family and friends. You can then start your fundraising campaign.

With just a few details, you can create your own digital collection box, send the link to your family and friends and collect donations for your project in no time at all. You can then keep an eye on the donations at all times.

Which projects can I collect donations for?

Whether supporting street children in India, counselling for small farmers in the Andes or medical care in Ethiopia - the donation projects are diverse. Each of the projects deserves your support.

Collect donations at your personal celebration

Ask your guests for donations for people in need - in the invitation or during the celebration with a donation basket. Support a project that is particularly close to your heart. We will be happy to provide you with information material.

How to transfer your donation

You collect the donations and transfer them using a keyword that we provide you with (e.g. cause, name and possibly project number). You will then receive a letter of thanks and a donation receipt for the total amount.

Your guests receive donation receipts directly

You transfer the sum, stating "Event, name, project number", and send us a list with the names, addresses and amounts of the donors who wish to receive a donation receipt from us. You will then receive a letter of thanks for the total amount and your guests will receive the requested confirmation.
