Submit a complaint
We provide a whistleblower portal through which reports and complaints can be submitted easily, securely and, if desired, anonymously . The portal serves as a central point of contact for reports of potential breaches of Misereor’s Code of Conduct, internal regulations or applicable law. The portal is open to staff, volunteers, donors, service providers, partner organisations and anyone else who wishes to share observations or information. All reports received are treated confidentially, carefully examined and handled responsibly in accordance with clearly defined procedures.
