Coffee Stop: Misereor

Coffee Stop means serving fair-trade coffee in return for a small donation. The fundraising campaign brings people together and provides information about aid projects to combat poverty, hunger and injustice in an informal setting.

The nationwide day of action is on Friday, 4 April 2025, and the campaign can also be held all year round.

The altar servers of the Ellwangen pastoral care organised a coffee stop with homemade cakes.

A different kind of fire engine: at this year's Coffee Stop, the Aachen fire brigade quenched their thirst with delicious fair trade coffee and provided information about fair trade.

For us, the appeal of the Coffee Stop lies in continuing the fellowship that we celebrate during the service outside the church door afterwards over a cup of coffee, tea or orange juice.
