The Misereor Lent Campaign
The Lenten Campaign invites you to: Get involved in the fight for justice during Lent and spread this message.
This year, we are supporting our project partner in Burundi. They are working to strengthen social cohesion and build a peaceful future – in a country where conflicts and political crises have left deep scars.
Young people in particular need places where they can talk about the past and find new hope. The Misereor partner project Abahizi creates such spaces. Through comics and theatre, young people discover stories of courage, empathy and reconciliation. In this way, art can help foster understanding and strengthen peace.
Let us put courage first, together. Please support the 2027 Lenten Campaign!
