This dossier illustrates the experiences of organisations in India, South Africa and Latin America in setting up their fundraising activities and the framework conditions they had to create inside and outside their organisation. It also shows that there is no one-size-fits-all solution and that every organisation has to test and find its own way. Partner organisations in the North can provide support with advice, exchange and experience. Misereor, Bread for the World and the Dutch foundation Wilde Ganzen have chosen very different approaches, which they present in this dossier.
