The key facts
This year's Lenten Campaign focuses on young people in Cameroon living in difficult conditions and scarcely having opportunities to find work or enrol for vocational training. Youth unemployment rates are high, especially in the city of Douala. Misereor and our project partner Caritas Douala are working to enable disadvantaged youth to access vocational training and to foster their potentials.
