Mirjam Günther and Andreas Paul provide an overview of the theme and a sample project, as well as materials and resources for the 2027 Lenten Campaign under the motto ‘It all begins with courage’. We will also be looking at the new Misereor Hunger Cloth for 2027/2028, ‘Journey into the Unknown’ by Bruce Clarke, and the related materials and resources for parishes, groups and schools.

The same event will also take place on Wednesday 27 January . Please choose the date that suits you best.

Do join us – we look forward to seeing you and to the 2027 Lenten Campaign!

In November 2026, we’re offering two events if you’d like to explore the topics in greater depth – with a live link to the ‘Hungertuch’ artist on 6 November at 3.30 pm, and with a live link to the project partners from Burundi for the 2027 Lenten Campaign on 20 November at 3.30 pm.
